Victor’s space was clean, stylish and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. Although the space is small, it is just right for one or two guests. You can tell Victor took the time to maximize the space and make everything functional. The kitchen is great and well equipped with beautiful appliances. Check-in was quick and easy and communication was also prompt. I would definitely recommend this space for a short term stay!

Victor’s place is very comfy and it was the perfect house we need it for our Christmas family reunion. Victor was always available to answer any of my questions right away and to help us with the check in process. His place is close to touristy locations in San Diego.

Victor was great and his place was in the perfect location for me. Close to good food, stores and where I needed to go (Mira Mesa area) and much cheaper than a hotel. Super fast responses when I had an issue and wa a quick to help resolve it. Check in was clear and easy as well. Super hot shower and comfy beds!

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time coming down for her birthday!! Victor ended up giving us the bigger house just because it was empty (how amazing right??!) I also really appreciated him staying up and waiting for us to meet each other and get us situated (although we got there kind of late). We had only one slight issue and when we told him about it it all went smoothly! Would definitely stay here again, thank you so much Victor you were so kind!!!!
